When and where the production of Bruised take place?
Prior to Halle Berry’s arrival as director, Nick Cassavetes was reportedly staged and Blake Lively was cast to direct the film. Eventually, Halle Berry took over as director of Bruised, making her directorial debut, and in the process replaced Animated as lead.
Main photography started in November 2019 in New Jersey. The filming suffered from a short delay because Berry suffered a minor injury during shooting. Production resumed on November 27, 2020, and concluded shortly after December 20, 2019.
