Principal photography began in New York, August 6, 2018, and finished shooting two months later, October 30, 2018.

There were certain plot points that people found a little confusing, I would say perhaps too opaque. So we had to go back and clarify some points, but I also think we tried to make sure we didn’t oversimplify and make things too clear. There is a pleasure in not knowing what is going on, but at the same time you have to give the audience something to remember, you have to lead them through the labyrinth of mystery and fear.
The first test screenings left some audiences confused, which is why replays were needed.
